I believe Joe is a great service person :). He was thorough and thoughtful. I am a little disappointed with the dealership though. I had my yearly inspection done April 22 and cost me 1600. I was shocked to have to come back less than a month later needing over 5000 in repairs and seeing the labor charge was over 4000. Solely having my car done at Jaguar and mentioning maybe buying my next car at Jaguar. There would be some help. Instead of me having to go somewhere else to have th car repaired.

the issue was not invested more then saying the car has no codes. The car should have been diagnosed using a factory service CPU, view the timing air fuel moxtures and the like, problem is the the car has a hige delay in the accelerator pedal that started happening about a month ago, and the MPG has taken a hit,..we were told not to worry about and not over think it, and maybe change our driving habits. The car and the person that drives it drives it oretty much the same route everyday, habits while driving are on the very conservative side, not a race car driver. regardless the exaperince was nit good and can not wait to turn the car in after the lease, if we could turn it in now and wash our hands of it we would do it asap.

I do think it should be a priority that other employees at the same desks follow her lead, and be as warm in their welcome, professional, etc. e.g. staying off of their phones and not snapping chewing gum. But maybe this is just normal these days for younger employees.
