I have been told I have a vehicle that has been approved for me and then had it sold out from under me then sent another message with video of another vehicle and had it sold again out from under me then sold this vehicle 2018 ford and it has been problem after problem no drivers side head light dead battery, this vehicle has stranded me three times the vehicle calls 911 until you un sync it. Then continues to repeat that it's unable to call 911 very annoying and distracting, then with all this going on the car hops when you turn sharp with it. Then they send a mechanic up to payson to fix the vehicle, I have to get a ride to work and then a ride home,then the mechanic brings me my keys to my job says it's all fixed . I go out the next morning to go to work and again it will not start. I bring it in to the dealership because I don't want the vehicle because it isn't reliable it has stranded me I am a single 65 years old and I need a vehicle that I can feel safe in and depend on. The one you guys have sold me is not that vehicle.so I come in bring the vehicle and once again after a whole day of dealing with the car I am promised another vehicle I am told it is being fueled up and detailed and my stuff is moved into that vehicle and I am once again told that the deal wasn't available. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with regards to buying a new vehicle.

They kept me informed every step of the way while my vehicle was being serviced, which I really appreciated. On top of that, I got my car back earlier than expected, which was such a nice bonus.
