Corporate called today and commented on how unfortunate my experience in the sales and service rate as a 1 out of 10, where 1 is the WORST a dealer could ever get.

Katarina was amazing—super kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. Customer service came naturally for her. I do think it should be a priority that other employees at the same desks follow her lead, and be as warm in their welcome, professional, etc. e.g. staying off of their phones and not snapping chewing gum. But maybe this is just normal these days for younger employees.
