This experience was WAY better than my last couple with a different service manager. I was kept informed and felt like Andrew was actively listening and offering informed advice. Andrew is the best service manager I’ve encountered at Legends in 8 years. I’d also like to note that the gentleman who was on the sales side who helped me drop off my RAV4 the night before my appointment (after the service center closed), was extremely helpful. I believe his name was Derek. In any event, rather than avoiding a customer confused by the drop box (which needs attention), who was not within his job duties, he came outside to help and even put my RAV4 in the garage.

Khon had trouble locating my service agreement. I asked him to look again. He didn’t find it despite this was my 4th service out of the 5 pack that I purchased. I asked him to look again third time. He said he found it but the service person before him didn’t list it. It was a little annoying and frankly embarrassing but the problem got resolved.

I’m a little frustrated that the center hub caps which is just a plastic piece were broken while the mechanic changed out my winter and summer tires (both in their own rims) by the mechanic and it wasn’t mentioned by the staff.
I noticed it when I got home and called the service department back. They told me the plastic just crumbled when he was working on it. They sent me to the parts department and they were helpful in trying to find a replacement for me. Unfortunately a new part was over 100$ each and 3 were damaged.
I understand that this could happen and I don’t actually have a problem that it happened. I just would have liked the mechanic or service manager to let me know before I left and maybe offer something for my trouble.
