The only thing I didn’t like was picking up your trash, IE seat cover, floor mat cover and number slip when the truck was brought back to me. Your tech should have removed all that when he drove the truck back out to be picked up.

Now I didn't come back and talk to Tevor or Jr but I had a tie **** the front of my rock shield. Found it on the passenger seat. Not sure why it was inside the truck. Never had a tech move it. So was concerned that something is wrong.

Give everyone a for effort. And what makes me consider buying another Toyota is the sales person Tiffany. However, in all honesty, I’m hesitant to pull the trigger because I also own Lexus Lexus customer service just is so much superior.
You know exactly where to go when you drop off the car. Your set up is confusing. I waited outside finally went in the waiting room until someone came. It’s not like they took forever, but with the heat, you have to be so efficient and think of the customer.. I did get timely text messages that was very efficient. However, when I picked up the car, you don’t know where to go in you’re standing there confused I’m sure I’m not the only one…at Lexus you can tell them ahead of time that you need a car and they give you the same model or a higher model than what you purchased.

My appointment was at 8am. I waited to get checked in for my appointment until 8:55am before someone helped me… meanwhile cars who got there after me were being helped and leaving. I asked someone and said that cars were being helped who got here after me and the guy said it didn’t matter because we have different service advisors assigned to us. When I was finally helped the service advisor said he was stuck on a phone call with a warranty company for 45min. If that is the case, then someone else should be able to help customers waiting. This is the second time this has happened to me. Last appointment I waited about 45min before being checked in. I was late to work because of this. There has got to be a better system for checking cars in, when I was just trying to drop my car off and would pick it up later that day when it was ready. It feels inconsiderate of customers time and I do not see the point of having an appointment if I am waiting nearly an hour just to check my car in, not even for the service to be complete.

I was told I had until 8pm to pickup my vehicle so I got dropped off and was told the paperwork wasn't turned in. That they didn't have a way to finish the process so they knew what to charge. I had to really push before the lady went over to see if the express manager could complete this. It worked. Don't set the expectation then fall short as it can put a person in a bad spot. Like how would I get back home. The other thing I noticed was the updates stopped after the initial check in and video. Nothing on the multipoint inspection or notice of the work being completed. That came after i left. Everything else was fine.

Chuck Sansing was even more rude than his normal rude behavior. After receiving the report and waiting for a phone call , I called his phone which was not answered except by the receptionist. She transferred me with again no answer. After waiting 35 minutes with still no contact, I walked to his desk. I said,”excuse me,” and was met with rude statements: such as, “I’m trying to finish my tickets. “I’ve been busy giving quotes. I’ve got your ticket. You can go have a seat “ I only said two words-excuse me. When he called my name, I went to the payment desk and he said, she will finish up with you. The girl said “did he explain everything to you?” I stated “no, he didn’t speak to me. She went over the report. Even the cashier noticed how rude Chuck was being. This is not his first time of being rude, but this was his worst time. I will not deal with him ever again-any other advisor except him. There was another advisor sitting in his area who heard his statements and his tone. So, on top of waiting an additional 35 to 40 minutes due to his processing the tickets, he was quite condescending.
