You should be allowed to use more than one offer if it is for a different service on the vehicle. It is understandable why you would want two offers for oil change or tire rotation, but if I have an offer for an oil change and a separate offer for an alignment or tire rotation I should be able to use it. Why do I have to come back a second time on a different day when I can get everything done at once. I wasn't the only one I heard who was in a similar situation and that is not fair. If the offers are not for the same type of service you should be able to use it at the same time so not to have to come back on a different day. Having the service advisors just pick the one offer that seems the best doesn't cut it. I could have saved another $40.00'which was needed especially during these times.

Anthony did a great job with Customerservice, but I found it very frustrating to go through your phone tree. I had a lot of difficulty getting to the right person to address my issue. Please train your phone staff more thoroughly, and if that is not possible, please hire more skilled people to route the calls to.
