The service was done quickly and they were polite. But, no one discussed the paperwork with me and I did not understand the notes. Also, the car was still dirty and normally the car is cleaned and washed. I feel like The price was also higher than it usually is. I was not very pleased with the service today. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Chris was a great person to work with. Didn't try to sell me on anything because he was pleasant and straightforward. Two attributes that I fully appreciate. He took the time to explain how the process worked and was very kind that I drove a Ford into the kia service department. He was communicating with me about my car via phone call and I appreciated that as well because as mom I get busy and things done well. I received safety check, oil change, tires rotated.
