I guess you are more interested in the diagnosis fee than the repair. I also called the service mgr left a message no return call.is the diagnosis fee waived with a repair. The service advisor never told me one way or the other.

I think Christopher is wonderful to work with. Never makes me feel like I'm a problem, and is always very nice. And when I have my daughter with me in the past, he's always very nice to her also.
