We purchased our Kia Sorrento about a year go, from the moment we walked in the dealership and counting we have had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees are rude and arrogant. Every time we’ve gotten our car serviced something always goes wrong. Scratches on the car, missing hub cap, rude service, and yesterday! No one called us to let us know our car was ready, which resulted in our car being left overnight, without us even giving the okay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. Even considering going to a different dealership. Victorville Valley Hi Kia is a complete disaster and I am completely unsatisfied with the service it provides.

When I arrived for my appointment, which was a three hour service, the agreement to have a loaner vehicle available to me had been forgotten at the dealership. After the scheduling person took the appointment they were supposed to reserve a loaner vehicle and they didn’t. Consequently I ended up paying for rental car insurance that I had not planned on and spent an additional hour dealing with the logistics of getting a rental car. I expect something better from a dealership that I purchased a brand new vehicle from.
