They told me they would call me later the day I dropped it off but never did. I left 2 mags without a return call. Even left msg with manager and no return call. You kept my car for 4 days. I was very disappointed with the service, or lack there of. I will not bring my car to you again for any service.

James is not the friendliest of people, When I walked into the dealership after the Porter checked my car in the bay, one of your service advisors was on the phone and completely ignored me. I stood there for five minutes before he even would say anything to me and at that point he told me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. That’s when James came in. I presented him with a free oil change card that I had from a previous visit from an ex KOB employee. He seemed very annoyed by this and told me that person doesn’t work there anymore. Also, I did have an appointment at 2:30 and I never left your dealership till almost 4 o’clock, really? For an oil change and just an oil change. Every time I come in there for service it’s a different issue. I’m almost to the point where I’m going to take my car To a different Cleveland area Kia dealership for service even though KOB is 3 miles from my residence. Thanks for reading this whoever you are !!

I am very impressed with the way I was greeted by mr Enriquez and he immediately put my mind at ease and set me up with rental car and frequent updates about my car. I am very pleased with the customer service I was provided. This was the most pleasant experience a person can have under the circumstances.
