It is very new so I take it with a grain of salt but I need warranty work done on my car and I was not given a phone number to call to get further help I was not taken up the ladder I was not giving any resolution or options I have already had this fixed at your dealership once but it was not done correctly apparently because now the whole doorhandle has failed

Mr. James Ozello listened to my specific request on how I wanted to have my tires rotated, even though it was not the standard rotation pattern that they follow, and he made sure the Technician was aware of my request, and I appreciated that.
