Bumper was missing the KIA logo. Ordered bumper on August 1st and finally able to have it installed on September 26th. Enough time for KIA to see the logo was missing. Very unprofessional.

I spent over $725 when I just originally cane in for oil change filter rotate spin tires and check why my brake lights in back don’t work which should be under warranty ! (15,000 miles only) safety issue Talked into new front brakes did need them but was charged a $26 shop usage fee. As a good faith customer I shouldn’t have to pay that! And they never took off the $5 coupon for oil change and used synthetic oil which I did not request and the oil still looks dirty on the dip stick !!I can send you a pic
