When I made my service appointment, I would have appreciated hearing that there is a recall for the charging cord for my vehicle and that I could bring it to be repaired. My service visit was very good otherwise.

There were two gentleman working inside the service area when I arrived. One was helping another customer, the other was watching videos. I was unsure what to do as it was my first time coming for an oil change. I was not addressed by either employee. No one said, we will be with you in a minute, can we help you with something real quick, can you pull your car to the garage door, nothing. It wasn’t until the one helping another customer was done that I was even acknowledged. If I was buying a car I would have been greeted almost instantly. Common courtesy, acknowledge every customer and let them know you’ll be with them in a minute, even if it means saying something simply so your distracted coworker can recognize someone arrived. Overall the experience was okay. It was quick, efficient and most everyone was friendly. I’ll be back for sure anyway.

I took my 2 cars to get the same services today, except I made the mistake of bringing my kia back to u, u charged me $92 for oil change and tire rotation, I took my chevy malibu to gentilini chevy and got the same services done to it for $49, I think next time I'll take both cars to chevy dealer

I had a appointment@ 930 for oil change aand wipers to be changed I waited 2 1/2 hours. I finally went asked if car was ready. I then waited another 2d0min to get exterior washed. Poor customer service. I think

Service was good. Unhappy that prepaid oil changes that are no longer covered as they are considered to be time expired. I understand the reason that is now enforced but I think it is a short sighted decision. To my mind apart from your good service standards that brought extra service opportunities such as tires brakes etc.
