My car was not cleaned as promised. When I checked out they didn’t explain to me what was done with the car and what was the results of the recall he told me was on my vehicle. Alan sent a vehicle to pick me up when my car was finished. The gentleman that picked me up was very nice and accommodating.

I told the people there was no check engine light on never has been there is a radle coming from my car I also told them my son & both his bosses that own Firestone said my cat was going out if it was under warranty to have them change it the raddle is still there there is no reason to put extra miles on my car driving it up & down cajon I have taken very good care of my car I did a complete tune up at 40 thousand miles I get my oil changed before it’s time to change it I take really good care of my car u charged me 89& for a car wash & to put more miles on my car I had 3 guys tell me what was wrong with my car that each have 30 or more years experience just for u to tell me there was no code to pull when I already said no engine liight ever cam on the only light ever to come on is my tire light & I had it fixed I am not very happy with the extra miles u put on my car

Anthony Mazzocco was great. He will be the only reason I return to that location. He made me feel comfortable and was very understanding and pleasant!!!!!!! When I came to pick up my car he wasn't there and the guy that helped me was extremely rude and he frowned his nose at me and was like I know you owe us money. Everything done to my car was under warranty! I owed nothing. He treated other customers better which made me think he didn't like me because I didn't look like anyone else he was helping. I felt very uncomfortable and wish I had someone with me because he was not treating me like anyone else. I am a quiet person and was scarred to say anything because of how he talked to me. I think his name was Joe but I can point him out directly. I really appreciate Mr. Mazzocco because he was excellent!

Overall it was fine. I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. It was an hour and 20 minutes. Not the end of the world but my vehicle was parked in the exit for 15 minutes before I said something to get my paperwork. Not the end of the world just thought it was weird.
The service did not reset my oil life on the truck I had to do it when I got in also the service spilled oil somehow when I got home there was a smell of burning oil and smoke coming from underneath the motor. I had to check it out. I realize this is possible when the oil is changed but I have never seen it this excessive.
Like I said overall it was fine but I was mildly disappointed in the details that got missed.
