When I bought my car from you a few years ago I purchased 10 oil changes for it at the same time. Yesterday I went to get my scheduled appointment and was informed (for the first time...) that even though I still had more oil changes paid for,the "offer" had expired in October. That was when my 3 years was up. When I asked the woman who informed me of where it says that, she said its somewhere but she didn't know exactly where and said she could look it up when she was done helping some other customers. I asked her if I was going to be refunded the balance for the dis-honored oil changes I had paid for and she said no. My wife was with me when I bought the car and regular "servicing" and there was no mention of an expiration date. I went through all the paperwork I had from purchasing the car and there was nothing there about it.
So, is it really worth it to your business to scam people out of hundreds of dollars when your lack of foresight is going to cost you thousands down the road in repeat business? I know dealing with your business yesterday sure left a bad taste in my mouth. But it will be the last time.
