The engine check sign did not go away. Because of engine sign check sign I took my car to fix and pay almost $1200. But the staff said there is another issues. I do not understand. At First, staff said we know the problem and assure me it will be fixed. Still the same signal appear not any other signal. I maintain my patience and brought back my car. I do not know what type of mechanic experts you guys have.

Honestly it’s my intention to call Kia and find out why service has been so poor. Is Kia lacking in their ability to supply stores with parts? Or is West Hills Kia just no longer offering quality service. I was so disappointed with my last three visits that I called to ask the General managers name so that I might write him personally. I planned on waiting until Monday or Tuesday to offer the service team at West Hills the opportunity to change my mind. I’ve spoken with a few other people who own Kia’s and we agree that we have been disappointed with service and the lack of communication and transparency. It was almost $100.00 for a light bulb and a oil change. For some that might be nothing, $322.00 for a battery. I choose to have my car serviced at Kia in Bremerton because I want knowledgeable technicians working on my car. Tacoma isn’t close, but I also don’t want to feel like I’m begging to have my car worked on. I brought my car in to be serviced because I noticed something was off. The reason they gave me sounded like a bad joke for how dealerships rip off honest hardworking people. I just don’t feel like we have been treated like valued customers. And we work hard for our money. I want it to go somewhere good. We almost bought a new Kia last year. Then we decided we didn’t care to work with the sales team at Kia. It just feels like the store has really gone down hill over the last few years, that’s unfortunate. We wish it wasn’t this way.
