I came there for an issue with my headlight. I felt very blown off and not valued as a customer. I feel that whatever is going on with my headlight is an issue of manufacturing but I was asked to pay $135 to diagnose the problem. I’m unemployed and barely making car note and insurance payments and to be asked to pay to diagnose a problem that is on going in other models seems unfair! Not to mention, I don’t have a passenger headlight!

A long period of time while a car he was waiting for was worked. Wish someone had said something to him. I could take the snoring but no mask is not acceptable.
