Richard was great in getting my car in right away, and updating me on its status. He is very personable and made me feel like I was dealing with a local business rather than a big dealership an hour’s drive away. Kudos also to the mechanics, who got my car’s recall inspection finished ahead of schedule, and to the woman who scheduled my appointment to minimize traffic on my drive because she knew my route. A great experience all the way around.
