I love coming here for my oil changes because the price is right, the waiting lounge is WAY NICER than any other place I have ever been and the people are always so friendly! Torey did my check in and check out today! Torey was also so sweet and let my little girl borrow a pair of her scissors so she could make a friendship bracelet for another one of the sweet ladies that work there. Oh and I was in and out in less than an hour...that’s always a huge PLUS!

I had to come in to get an issue with the tire pressure sensor fixed that was overlooked before I even bought the vehicle. Was told that if I scheduled an appointment in advance, then they would have me "in and out in an hour" - direct quote from Stuart. Instead I had to wait 3.5 hours and I received my vehicle with only a quarter tank left of fuel and my trip odometer "jumped" forward 45 miles.

Service was great, however I did not like the automated system.. I had to enter my phone number too many times to get various portions of my service timeline.. once for documentation, once for something else... the back button always made me reenter my number and make of vehicle..... uugghhh, it was frustrating. I explained everything I wanted done in person, and texted (again) and my comments were responded to, but not heard, but eventually fixed for an overcharge at checkout! Damian is always helpful, but sometimes digital technology and texts doesn’t make up for the personal experience one gets from actual conversations. Just saying!!
