I was taken care of 100% by Melissa and felt right at home while I waited. We were kept advised on the progress of the repairs and when my car was finished and after Melissa explained the work that was completed, she walked us out to your drive through and presented my freshly washed car to me. She remover all the seat and floor protection, opened the garage door and gave us a nice smile as we pulled out. I can not ask for more. A Very Happy Customer Gary B

I scheduled a 2pm appointment to service my vehicle recall I received, I arrived at 2:10pm And was told it would take up to 2 hours. Upon expressing my concern about my car’s acceleration I was told to diagnose I would need to pay $135, I agreed. At about 3:50 I went to ask about the status of my vehicle after waiting for about ten minutes the employer returned with a full sheet on my vehicles report telling me what I needed to fix, which meant it was already complete and gave me a price. I agreed to pay and have what needed to be done complete, this was at 4:25pm which I know because I asked a friend to take me to the bank. I went to the bank and returned which was 20 minutes later. When asked how long the repair would be I was told an hour. At 6:10 I asked to speak to a manager because at that point I had been there 4 hours. Five minutes later I was told my vehicle was done which meant to be that it had been done. From me walking to the service desk standing while the employees chatted carelessly as though I was not standing there, to me having to constantly go find someone to ask about the status of my vehicle. There were many non caring attitudes. I really wish I would have went to another Kia location.

The staff was excellent, and maybe it was my fault for coming in at 430 pm, but I don't believe they did a complete service to my car. The last time I was in they said my battery needed to be changed and my brakes. This time they only said breaks. I should say thank you saving me 400 on a new battery, or it wasn't checked this time. Further arousing my suspicion, 2 hours later my left rear tire light can on saying it was low pressure. Now I have to take it somewhere else and get the oil change again because I don't know if that was even done. I go to you guys all the time. Never ever had this issue come up. Respectfully, Jason D

All is well. She addressed my concern about not being aware of the length of the service appt. I had my dog with me, so was surprised that the appt would take over 2 hours. It was done 1.5 hours.
