James did a wonderful job. He handled my repair very efficiently. He coordinated with the extended warranty company and got me a rental to drive while my car was fixed. Great customer service. He made my experience stress free.

I was the only woman in the waiting area and this is my only complaint. Several men were often using the Unisex bthrm. About every 5-10 minutes during my 1.5+ hour wait. I could not avoid observing this busy activity going on directly in fron of where I was sitting. Eventually I really had to go but became too uncomfortable to use it because of the overly busy activity of only men coming & going into the bathroom. How could I be assured of the cleanliness of all these men? While waiting an employee sanitized the wait-area surfaces. No one entered to sanitize the "unisex" bthrm. Not even one female employee entered that bthrm. I had a long drive home wishing you had separate bthrms for Men & Women in your public waiting area. Think about it from a womans perspective. ???? We have to sit. ???? ... btw ... Chris was a very polite nice young man. He even set my cell phone to answer hands free in my Kia Soul.

This repair took almost a week for something was was not too hard to replace. You didn’t have the part it took almost 4 days to get the part 3 days to get it diagnosed. I was with out my car for a week. Plus I was told 2 days to diagnose it it took 3 not a real big deal but I never got a call I had to call. Just seemed like Kia could do this a bit more efficiently,

They tried to take advantage of me by telling me my ball joints needed replacing which was a bold face lie. I just had them replaced last summer at Halleen Kia. He used the excuse to say “ let me go back to check that he wrote it correctly”. When he returned he admitted that yes they are new, He then said let me change it in the system. That is not good customer service to tell lies in an attempt to have people pay unnecessary money. While I was in the waiting room I over heard a similar conversation, but that customer also pointed out that her service guy was lying.
