1st thing was I tried to make an appointment online, site showed no times for weeks. Then I called the dealership 3 times, never got anyone after 3rd time. Finally went online and did a chat, made an appointment and was told someone would call and confirm, no one called. My appointment was for 10:30, got there early, 9:50. I ended up waiting till 12 noon for an oil change to be done. Every time I call the dealership getting someone on the phone is impossible. I've purchased 3 cars there in the past year. And sales was great. Service not so much.

Took my car in for an oil change that was under warranty. When i made my appt. I said that i would like to use one of the 10 oil changes I bought with the car. When my daughter showed up she was told that it had expired and she would be charged.
An inspection was done. My coolant level was low, a dashboard alert was on for this, marked on sheet that level was fine. My husband added fluid last night after we got car home. Makes me question the validity of the rest of the inspection.
