Of course I am not happy, you guys lied to me in your diagnostic and charged me for a repair that didn't exist. Right now you guys have had my car for a week, let's see what you guys come up with. I've sent several messages and you haven't replied to a single one. I am already in contact with Kia corporation so they could help me solve this problem/situation I have with you guys.

The oil change took over 1 1/2 hrs to complete for some reason. My appt time was 10 am and we didn't leave Kia till after 11:30 am. The price also jumped to $42.50 from 29.00 , that's probably due to inflation though. Maybe short-staffed I assume?
