Prior to this service, I had my Kia serviced with you and mentioned a broken screw on the splash guard (needed to access for oil change). Nothing was mentioned to me when I picked it up, so I assumed it was repaired. A few days later, the splash guard cracked and was hanging. When I took it in, a few months after, your company wanted to charged me for a damaged splashed guard which originated with a damaged screw. Of course your company was going to say it was our fault, when it all began with a damaged broken screw. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with how it was handled.

I brought my car in and was told I needed certain parts that were on back order and the whole process would take about 2-3 weeks. However, that was not the case. Either the technician or advisor forgot to put in the order for the parts which is now completely elongating the process. They just now ordered the parts and I have to wait a few more weeks for them to get them in and then put them into the car. I am highly disappointed with this service.
