Leo was very personable and engaging. He explained everything thoroughly. Of all the service advisors I have had at this location, Leo was by far the best. The fact that he frequently addressed me by my name was refreshing. I prefer only to work with him over the course of my Hyundai ownership. He is a great asset to your organization!
