I would need to call myself to figure out what was happening with my car and would leave multiple messages before I heard back. I was not satisfied with my overall service at Kia and in the future will buy a different brand of car because of it.

When I first brought in my car 2 weeks ago I wasn’t told that I could wait a few more months with my break pads. I would not have asks for that service if I knew. Also I didn’t receive all details though text like I asked since answering my phone at work can be difficult. I never got a final total until I picked up my car.
