Originally I went to KIA for a routine PM Oil Change. I get all servicing done for my car at Matt Blatt Kia. Unfortunately I needed a new tire and he said that he had the tire BUT FAILED To tell me it was in another place and it had to be delivered to KIA. I was at KIA 3-1/2 hours. If I knew it was going to be that long I would of gotten a ride home from my friend and picked my car up the next morning. Other than this mishap I have always had good service and Alan was very nice. I should of had the option to stay and wait OR leave depending on estimate of time completion

Mike is always so helpful, he’s friendly no matter what time I go in , from dropping my car off at 7:30am to picking it up at 5:55pm. I wait just so he could help me. He is fully knowledgeable n answers all my vehicle questions. Great employee.

I can smell someone who is trying to up sell you a mile away.the last sheet of paper stated as a recommendation, I should flush my transmission fluid which was already changed on my request by matt blatt. Which should of already be in your system that was changed.now, that tells me that your techs are not checking the history of my car or you purge your computer after a year or they are upselling . I have worked on my own cars before so I know about them plus I check them out before I decide to drop it off at a dealership or repair shop. If they are trained to put recommendations do it with what has not been done not what things that have already been done.This is one thing that really bugs me of repair shops. For everything else I keep coming back cause I do enjoy the friendly service and accommodating area to relax while your car is being seviced....and with a free car wash,perfect ending to your cars service. Thank you.

Jeff was amazing he was upbeat and a pleasure to work with. He explained what would be done, why it was recommended and the exact price it would cost. He didn’t try to upsell me. He did let me know what needed to be taken care of now and what would be needed in the future. He also gave me info about an upcoming tire sale and where my tire thread is currently. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience. My only suggestion would be to have a courtesy vehicle to drive people home or pick them up. Even if it was just for tips or something.

Brian was very helpful. He got me in right away and he was friendly and told exactly what would be done also while asking if I would need anything else. When my car was ready he brought me to the garage and explained what he had done and told me what to expect. I come from over an hour away and sometimes I am hesitant if it is worth the drive but thanks to Brian and his team I am never disappointed. Thank you Brian!!!
