Things have changed. For the last couple of years I was in and out with an oil change and a car wash in under an hour. I was there for almost 2. At this rate I will not be able to continue to use Kia for oil changes.

I love my Kia but my service with Kia of Abilene was the worst they couldn’t do nothing for me i when car less for almost a month I get my transmission went out but a hole month without a car they told me it would be done in a weeks tops they tryed to provide a rental but the rental company wouldn’t even let me get a car because of my age.
