Kia My Service

The service on my car was good . I donot know if the time with the salesman and the young lady who did my financing could of been better. While there I looked into buying my car instead of continuing to lease it. I ended up purchasing the car my situation was your salesman and finance girl were extremely busy and shirt if help. They explained to me that they were taking care of two other customers and me and were doing their best and one salesman was not in so they were trying to help me and the others. Now the salesman Matt when my car was finished and our deal was done showed me he had removed the front grill because I have to get new plates and only need one now To B honest I donot care for the appearance of the look at all and would like that to b as it was. No I did not tell Matt that at the moment. He explained why as a owner of the car now and not a lesser customer why buying a plate was necessary. He explained everything as the finance girl Did but to repeat both of them seemed very rushed but allowed me to ask many questions and were polite. I still Have several questions especially with the financial end if it I was given several papers to keep But still Am Somewhat not clear on a few items so I Intend to call Monday and hopefully will Understand more. I am not intending to cause issues with Matt the salesman or the finance girl Whose name I forgot but she told me she was the only one there and had other customers ahead of me but to ask questions I also was a bit confused as to who to call like a towing service if I had tire issues and couldn’t get the car to Kia for repair without a tow truck as I took out the warranty fir added protection. Sorry to write all this but there are issues to clear up. I had just spent money on stickers and paid my last lease bill But that’s no ones fault. I like the car and intend to. Keep it But like I said I’d like that piece Matt took off put back on cause it is unflattering to the appearance of the car. Thankyou I am very aware your service depot has nothing to do With your salesman or finance. Just telling u

Comfortable customer waiting area

Your prices are much higher than other Hyundai dealers in the valley fir repairs. I keep trying to do business with your company but prices are too high. Examples: Clutch replacement $800 competitor $400 Axle boots stop high Steering Rack. $2800 competitor $2000 Your adviser Richard is awesome. The service depot does a great job communicating.

Could not be more satisfied with Andy's welcoming customer service skills, makes you feel like part of the family, thanks again.
