The service on my car was good . I donot know if the time with the salesman and the young lady who did my financing could of been better. While there I looked into buying my car instead of continuing to lease it. I ended up purchasing the car my situation was your salesman and finance girl were extremely busy and shirt if help. They explained to me that they were taking care of two other customers and me and were doing their best and one salesman was not in so they were trying to help me and the others. Now the salesman Matt when my car was finished and our deal was done showed me he had removed the front grill because I have to get new plates and only need one now To

Whose name I forgot but she told me she was the only one there and had other customers ahead of me but to ask questions I also was a bit confused as to who to call like a towing service if I had tire issues and couldn’t get the car to Kia for repair without a tow truck as I took out the warranty fir added protection. Sorry to write all this but there are issues to clear up. I had just spent money on stickers and paid my last lease bill
But that’s no ones fault. I like the car and intend to. Keep it But like I said I’d like that piece Matt took off put back on cause it is unflattering to the appearance of the car. Thankyou I am very aware your service depot has nothing to do

Your prices are much higher than other Hyundai dealers in the valley fir repairs. I keep trying to do business with your company but prices are too high. Examples:
Clutch replacement $800 competitor $400
Axle boots stop high
Steering Rack. $2800 competitor $2000
