Kholey was absolutely amazing though out the whole process. She communicated with me very well and made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. I also really like the video feature and how maintenance lets you know what's going on with your vehicle. Jeramie did an excellent job. I’ll be bringing my Kia back. I didn’t feel like number. The whole experience and ever step of the process was fluid and made sense. Everything worked the way it was suppose to, the appointment scheduling was smooth and check in was a breeze. While waiting, I was welcomed and offered refreshments, shown where the restrooms were and WiFi worked. The time it took was reasonable and expected and I was comfortable waiting. Thank you.

We had the most terrible service today . Very unhappy with your service department they are very unorganized . My car sat there for 1:45 minutes . My appointment was at 1:00pm for a simple oil change . Had I not said anything I probably would have been there 4 hrs . Cars that arrived way after mine were put in first . The car was done with the oil change roughly after 20 minutes which makes me question if they even preformed a good quality job on my car . Had it not been for the fact that I purchased the service package I would have probably taken my car to another dealership like Alhambra were they take much pride and dedication with the cars and they gave excellent customer service.
