My only complaint is having to meet with him in the bay where the cars are brought in. There’s no place to sit, it’s loud, and tends to be hot. I prefer when we entered the building to meet with your staff.

I have no complaints with Lindsey Joshua but I do have a complaint about the waiting time. My appointment was at 9:45 And It wasn’t finished until 11:30. They said it would take about an hour. It took almost 2 hours. That is my only complaint.

We have a documented repair problem, BUT we were told that Kia will need further documentation (red tape) before they can fix the problem. This is our only vehicle and we must use it daily. We were told that we would have to leave our car, possibly for a few days, before we could “qualify” for a loaner vehicle. Based on this experience with Kia, so far, I am not sure if we will be recommending Kia to anyone. Our car has only 76,000 miles.

Won't give you much more than what they think happened and any detailed questions just followed with different "I don't know's" or having to accept they came to that conclusion "just because" NO transparency at all with management and won't give out management information to contact them.
