Everything and everyone has akways been great but today the one guy at service desk was rude . Thank goodness the smaller lady I have dealt with her many times was great and the guy at the desk to right of service desk took care of me with no problems. All went well except I thought I was getting a tire rotation with my oil change. That’s what the others had done. I should have been more specific, just thought that’s what they have always done. Also, I used to get a car wash coupon but maybe they discontinued those.

First the problem is supposed to be taken care of. I’m not sure who is at fault, however I was there to have a radio replaced from the Jeep I bought from your store. I was told it would be the exact same as I have just working. I was told it may take about an hour and half. I said ok. At 2 hours I asked for an update I was told they were almost finished. Then at the 3 hour mark it was done. I was given my keys and sent on my way. I got in the Jeep and noticed right away it was not the way radio. I went back in and asked about it. After they looked they came back out and told me that the radio that was ordered did not work so they just pulled a different radio and put it in. If the radio they put in had Satellite, and phone connection features I would have been ok with it. The one that was put in was just a basic cd radio.
As I stated in the beginning I was told that a new radio will be ordered but may be a few weeks before it comes in. I understand it takes time to install so I will have to make arrangements with my work to take another day off to drive back for the correct radio installed.
