1st. I schedule an appointment for Friday 10/8/21
It didn’t show I had an appt. He said I could reschedule but I needed to have this done due to convenient.
2nd. I was entitled to two free oil changes this one being my second and that’s when things got personal from Anthony, until I INSISTED he would not look up my last visit to see the note that was noted in my file history, once he saw it his attitude became more personal, making statements that were unjust and it didn’t end there but you get the just !!
3rd. Upon getting an oil change I was eligible to renew my Drive Sure benefits and he quoted that I’m WAS NOT entitled to this benefit since I was getting a free oil change!!! This offered was made to me thru an email that I received and he was quite adamant to the point, making me uncomfortable with discussion these matter any further. Thank you extending me this opportunity to complete this survey, I feel better for being able to express my unsatisfactory experience.
