Karen has been great to work with, and has been very understanding of our needs to have the SUV returned to its original condition. However, the workmanship of those completing the repair has not been satisfactory. The trim sticks out more than it should and is loose in some areas. There are scratches next to the window on the molding. There is a larger gap between the molding under the door than on the driver side. There is a small dent on the door near the top closest to where it curves towards the window. If the door was replaced, why would there be a dent there? There is now a chip in the paint on the driver side back door. How would that happen? The workers need to pay closer attention to the details. One can refer to the driver’s side to see how the trim and molding should be installed. The clear strip that acts as a guard for opening the door is gone from both passenger side doors. Not sure why it would be gone from the front passenger door as it wasn’t involved in the mishap. These strips are still on both doors on the driver side. Please rectify the foregoing issues.

Justin was completely unprofessional. My appointment time was 10:00. I got there at 10:02. He had checked my mileage and I had signed the estimate by 10:10. Justin said that my Sorento would be ready within an hour. My Sorento was lowered to the ground at about 11:00. At about 11:30, I told my son that the service was taking too long. We were overheard by a lady walking by, who said something to a man behind the counter. He was sympathetic and checked on my car. When Justin was going over the charges, there were no apologies. I requested $10 off so I could go to a car wash. He said no, I could come back. I had to leave, other appointments and a trip out of town - with a dirty car. When I said I would never come back. Justin said whatever. When he walked me out to my car Justin was flippant and said he didn’t understand why I was so angry. I was angry, I never raised my voice. I am extremely disappointed. For over a year I felt like a valued customer, now I don’t. I won’t be back. If someone asks me I will say I love my Kia, but don’t go to Paso Kia.

I felt that there was not enough effort put into the diagnosis of our vehicle. I am aware of the number of technicians at this dealership but that should not affect the quality of service. While picking up our vehicle, I felt rushed out the door. I will give the benefit of the doubt and bring our vehicle back again for service.
