Everything was great, although, I still smell antifreeze under the hood of my car. I had asked for this to be checked today, but it wasn't. I don't see any obvious leaks, however, the smell is still present.

There was a lot of BS talk over the phone of vehicle status. So much so I just told him to tell me the truth straight up but kept getting the I just got off the phone, the person needed just walked in, I just got status 5 minutes ago.
Most of the time I always had to call to get an update. It was rare when I got a call to update.
I never got a call back at the time I was told I would get called back. And there I go chasing down people for information. And if it was the weekend plus somebody calling in sick then someone else's day off, many days would pass with no answer.
Hertz ****. Each time I was there I was there over an hour. Just waiting for a car. It seemed like a normal occurrence.
And stop blaming others and pointing the finger to someone else. Pick up responsibility and be honest.
The car smelled when I got it back.
I don't need a Covina valley Kia representative contacting me to discuss how to make me completely satisfied. It's over.
