According to the text I received to verify my appointment for service, it was set for 11:00 AM. So I expected it to be. I received a letter from KIA mentioning a recall on security issues. I presented to the service writer. After 21/2 hours I was told my car was ready. My receipt said my charge was 00. I asked why. I was told it was for recall program. So service was not done. An hour later service was completed. Charge $231. Made more sense. Verification was set for service did not mention recall. Hope something was learned by this for service writer. However, I did learn the 2/12 hours I usually wait for regular service can be accomplished in less than half. The techs do a good job. I’ll be back. I said this to service manager.

I initially scheduled a 75,000 mile maintenance, service, which I did not get completed, and secondary would be addressing the recalls on my 2022 kia Telluride. Most of the recalls were addressed. The 75,000mi service was not done at all. I was told to reschedule for the service and to address the recalls that were not completed. The paper work I was given had a car wash voucher on it, signed by the service manager, yet my vehicle was returned to me without being washed. It was not an ideal experience
