I think you need to ask to the costumers first if they have the plan that covers for the service because some workers talk to the costumers in not a good way or courteous.

After I was told the results of the diagnostcs at the 2-hour point in my visit, it took another 130 minutes until the vehicle was completed. Mind you, I wasn't waiting for some complex repair at that point, because a part had to be ordered. All that was required in that two hour and ten minute period was completion of an oil change. No one seemed to be present in the back partïon of the facility for 1 hour and 45 minutes, while customers were continually getting service in the pass-through bay. I am still perplexed as to why I was burdened with the excessive wait that others seemed to avoid. Finally, after I retrieved my vehicle, I notice something that seemed emblimatic of a lack of attention to detail: the service technician had placed the oil change mileage notice on the windshield, but he put it on below the existing one. Did he think I collected them? P.S., The service writer said she couldn't find my online reservation, yet I had the confirmation text. Are the two system not connected?

Wait time was terrible, had a 10am appointment for an oil change and when I got there at 2pm to pick it up (my estimated pick up time was 12:30pm) it took the staff 20 minute to locate my vehicle just to tell me that they hadn’t serviced it yet, luckily Carl Cruz did assure me my car would be ready within the hour and gave a discount. I personally believe that this location could be better organized so things like this do not happen again.

At drop off, I was told an estimate of noon for the work to be complete. At 1:20, after receiving no follow up, I called and was told it was currently being worked on. Didn’t get a call back until 4:15 that the work was done. Other dealers I use will give me a call if the job is going to take longer than the estimate. Not upset or anything, but just pointing out how the service was not on par with other service centers I use, since you asked.
