Only being driven for 4 months you would think there would have been some sort of warrenty on my tire but they wanted to charge me $145 for a new tire. I could see if I’ve had the vehicle a year but I’ve o my driven it 7,000 Miles. There should be some sort of warrenty. Even the tire place I ended up getting my tire at said there should have been. Sad I can pay almost $22,000 for a car and they can’t even cover a tire. I will definitely be letting people know this of valley hi Kia ???? as for his customer service he did well

I was satisfied with the GPS Update to the latest version 11. However I was disappointed that the software had not been downloaded to a flash drive prior to my arrival. The appointment was made a week earlier and the update should have taken less than two hours. Since the download of the program from a computer to the flash drive was not previously done, my update required 6 hours to complete the job.

It was nice to hear that you guys offered a text service for the status of my car. Stacy offered us this service and and I thought it would be an easy way to communicate with her. I did receive texts from her, but every time I attempted to text her back to ask questions I never got a response back. When a response did come back it had nothing to do with the previous text that I had sent. In the future if this is the way this service works, I would rather just have calls where I can talk to someone. As far as face to face time with Stacy, everything was fine and she was very professional.
