I haven’t had the Pleasure of meeting him but this man is a great guy really helpful really understood what I needed as far My loaner been ready when I got there.. I was really surprised what good communication You guys have among your staff.. I’m mean I got there and the other coworkers knew everything they need to know.. they were expecting me even though he didn’t work that day You staff made everything really easy for me I would highly recommend kia of hi desert thank you Mr. William and Kia staff For making my bad situation into a great experience 10 10 10 All across the board
