Took over two hours for service to be done. An extra 45 min for me to actually get my car back, only because i went to ask how much longer it was going to take, and i received my car with only one of the two services that were supposed to be done and no car wash. I was dissapointed.

Since purchasing my car from this crowley I have mentioned that my gas cap door was broken- each time I had brought said car in for service or recalls I have mentioned the gas cap door- today while my car was in for service the door fell off.... my warranty apparently does not cover the replacement and the service and sales department were unwilling to cover said repair..... again even though I had been mentioning this issue since purchasing this car ( which I had in for a passenager side signal light replacement within a week of buying). This is an issue that had been mentioned since day one and never resolved.
I am very unhappy with the fact that I had mentioned the issue and been put off with each service, and now expected to pay 169.00 for something that was obviously broken or malfunctioning prior to the sale.

I had my 15,000 mile maintenance done and I was in and out in one hour. They showed me the filter (cabin) prior to replacing it so that I could see it needed to be replaced. Service dept. was very pleasant to deal with.
