I made an appointment to bring my car in for 3 recalls. I was told at the time the appointment was made that all 3 recalls would be performed and that it would take 3-4 hours. Upon receiving the text that my vehicle was done, I was informed that one of the recalls was not performed because Kia did not have the part necessary to complete that recall. I expected all 3 recalls to be performed as an appointment was made a week prior to, allowing Kia ample time to get the necessary part. I do not appreciate the fact that because it is not a "safety concern" it was not prioritized. I work and it is an inconvenience to make several appointments. My time is precious, just as your time is. I would have rather been given the opportunity to reschedule for a time when all 3 recalls could have been performed and not be forced to return to the dealership when it is convenient for you.
