I thought my salesperson was Alfredo. He was very helpful, only showed me what I wanted to see, no BS. There was no stress about it, we all had the attitude of if it happens it happens if it doesnt it doesnt, that made it easy for me! Everyone was a pleasure to work with.

Stacey Keen has the patience of an angel. Stacey explains all auto services that are recommended but never makes me feel pressured when I can't afford the services. And that's one of the reasons that I will continue to seek services at Valley Hi in Victorville California.

In addition, I would also like to say that all the team members that I came in contact today at Valley Hi were so pleasant and friendly. I did not have an appointment but that did not matter, I was treated with kindness and some of the biggest smiles.

Richard is an outstanding representative of Kia.
He estimated my service at about an hour. I came back from getting a bite to eat an hour and a half later and he was very apologetic. I didn't even notice it as an inconvenience but he still demanded that the service department pay for the oil change because the time frame wasnt what he side.
I truly don't see it as an inconvenience but for him to go out of his way and take care of me like that makes me feel like I can only trust my Optima at West Hills.
He was one hell of a guy.
