I always make my appointments with David he is always polite and informs me of anything that needs to be done in my vehicle. I am so pleased with Kia! Today I forgot my wallet in the car and didn't realize until I got home I asked David if it was in there..... He went to check and left it with the cashier. When I set the appointment for my first oil change after purchasing my vehicle at this establishment I was told I would receive a complimentary first oil change. I was told by the rep I sent the appointment up with that it would include oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. When I arrived at my appointment I was told it didn’t include tire rotation which was frustrating. This was also frustrating because when I purchased the vehicle they set me up with an appointment right away which came out about 2500 miles and when I arrived that day they told me I didn’t need to be there until 5,000 which just wasted my time. It seems that there needs to be better communication within the organization between sales and service. William my service rep had nothing to do with this frustration he was awesome.
