Andy was very friendly and answered all of my questions and very professional. My car was ready earlier than he predicted. I'm very satisfied with the service and will be back for more in the future.

I waited an hour and a half when I had a appointment and NOTHING was done with my car because they couldn't open the hood. My car is a 2017 and I do not understand why I have to take another day off work to bring it in for service because the "Kia cetified" employees can't open the hood.
