I will definitely be back! After several attempts to get and an oil change on my Kia Soul for the first time, I was turn away at the Riverside Kia and Fontana Kia when i would arrive at their opening time. At All Star was able to accommodate me without hesitation. But did let me know that my vehicle would be ready around 5pm. But they exceeded their expectation and my vehicle was ready 12:54pm. I asked about my navigation not starting working correctly and it was also something I put in my comments when I did the online scheduling. Also, I was told my warranty wasn't valid but I'm sure i have the 10year/100,000 miles. I could be reading my warrant information wrong though, but I did check after I left and I found a form that states 120 months or 100,000 miles whichever comes first. I was given the wrong car so maybe ther was a mix up.

My service Appt was at 930am, I arrived a little early. But, I appreciated how promptly Cameron greeted me and took care of us so quickly. The wait time was not long at all. And I enjoyed the complimentary coupons for the coffee bar. Cameron was very organized, answered my questions and provide more information about the maintenance package Kia offers. Overall, fantastic customer service and we will be back again.
