My only problem with Kia is that I bought my car from Kia but it's a Mazda and I don't get any perks like discounts on service. Even tho I only get my car services with your dealership.

The wait time was outrageous long for having an appointment. I waited 15 minutes to talk to an associate and then waited another hour to get an oil change completed. That’s way too long for an oil change!

Came in for a simple oil change and airbag recall service. Was told it would take 90 minutes. Took just under 4 hours. Quen I mentioned that I needed to start getting ready for work, it was completed in 15more minutes. Seems like they just pushed it off to take care of other customers.
I wont be back. My service the lady time was horrible also. If you're trying to get rid of repeat customers keep up the good work
