I came in to get my vehicle a interior detail and I received half of the service. My seats and floors where cleaned, Shampooed and vacuumed and My Dashboard and doors were not cleaned properly, my dashboard was still dusty and the steering column wasn’t even wiped. My car was dropped off at 9:40am and I wasn’t called to pick up my car at all, I ended up calling the Store at 4:20pm and 9 minutes later I received a text saying my car was now complete. The time it took to have the car cleaned was inconvenient and the service not being fully fulfilled was terrible, especially due to the fact that I paid $107 for Detail service when my car wasn’t really dirty, I just purchased it in November and wanted the Fresh new scent back. I told the guy about my service and he said to bring it back the next day and he would have to take it back to get re-serviced but I live 30 mins away and had already had to make too many arrangements to have my car cleaned that day. I couldn’t afford for my car to be held up for another 6+ hours. I’d like to get a discount on my next car detailing, I had to come home and finish the job.

I recently had my alternator replaced by Kia there in Bremerton. After about five after about five weeks the car would not restart again we took it to the Kia dealer. Indeed the alternator that Kiel installed was no good. However now my battery was no good either. I realize the battery was a little old but it was working just fine holding the charge working in the cold . I feel that Kia should’ve shared the cost of the new battery, without a doubt the new alternator damaged it since it was old I would not expect here to absorb the whole cost but I do think they should’ve shared it. I was not offered any kind of discount and paid full price for the battery and labor. I don’t think that that was good customer service and it does make me think harder about my next car.

I arrived at the service center at approximately10:20am. After waiting for my turn to approach the desk was told I needed a tag in my car & then was bumped back by 1 customer who came in 20 minutes after me. I then was waited on by Dave the service manager around 11am. I then found out around 1:30pm what my car's tire issue was & told what my options were by Anthony. My new tire could be delivered by 5pm but may not come in until the following day. The center closes at 8pm on Mondays. In the past if there was a reasonable amount of time until the center closed an item not in stock would be ordered & delivered the same day. I took Monday off from work to get this repair, I also had to take Tuesday off from work because my car wasn't ready until after 3pm Tuesday. Anthony was friendly & accommodating but I'm not sure if he had limitations on what he could do or if he did all he could to show value of my time. I could have gone to at least 2 other service centers nearby for a tire, NTB & Conrads but chose KOB because of previous great service & attention to my time.
