Cameron went above and beyond with my service experience. My car was in for it's maintenance and new brakes on the rear tires when it was also discovered that the drivers side rear tire was splitting. My glove compartment door was left hanging halfway off And there were black marks.. I called and left a message and no one return my call. So I drove all the way back over there today and showed it to Josh. Josh fixed it And took it to the back in have them clean off the black marks. I spoke to the manager Mark Mareno.i explained what happened and he just said ok. I asked what do you do for that? He said I'm not going to monetarily compensate you. I said you don't reimburse gas or give an oil change ? He said No. Unfortunately in dealing with the service department I have not had a good experience yet. Customer service is lacking Other than my interaction with Josh. I've only taken my car there a few times because I had to. This time was For 2 different recalls. I also asked about if I was able to receive a gift card for bringing it in for the recall and mark said he had nothing to do with that. Whatever I called to schedule an appointment it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get in. I really like my car, a few of my friends bought optima after me. My son just graduated H.S. and is considering an optima. I have heard other customers having problems in the service department when I have been there and I have talked to my friends that have kias ... The Only issue is customer service in the service department.
