Cameron was exceptional with his customer service and I appreciated him very much. Unfortunately it looks like I now have to go to a tire shop and get my tire balanced after they fixed it because now my car is vibrating really bad and it's worse when I'm on the highway. Its frustrating because I could have gone to Les Shwab from the beginning and they would have fixed it for free but I trusted the dealership to take care of everything and I paid $28. Now I'm going to have to pay more to get my car safe again.

He didn't tell me anything I walked around from the main floor to see if my car was ready,then the man at the desk took me to the cashiers to pay for my service. No one told me what else was wrong with my car or what my car needed done they just gave me the paper ffor what was done to it. Everytime I get my car serviced no one came to me to tell me what else I needed.

When I got into my car after picking the car up I found an answered survey that I didn’t respond to, it was full of lies and I’m just wondering if the person who helped me did that. It said that the service was done in less than one hour which was a lie, I waited for more than 2 hours. It also said that I waited less than 5 minutes to check out and that was also a lie, it took them more than 15 minutes because the system was slow. Anyway, what I didn’t like was the fact that the guy who helped me and checked me in, lied about it and he answered the survey for me. I’m going to complain to the manager.
