It’s a shame the people involved in leasing you a vehicle don’t service customers the way Mr Ozello and his team does. I don’t like Kia of Bedford as I was ripped off br a salesman and his manager. I am a retired real estate Broker. I have dealt with people for over 50 years. I was lied to HAD NUMBER S CHANGED told Mr Simpson , he acknowledged the situation. This isn’t answering your question. I want to repeat Mr. Ozello is an accent to Kia It took me 7 months to come for my first oil change. I hated coming to where I was ripped off. Thank you Mr Ozello I appreciate you. I’m sure a class dealership would love to have you. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ????????????????

I feel i was scammed for my money. The same problem happen to my car a year ago and i was not charged at the kia in Riverside. I only payed to get my car out because I need it to get to work. I felt like they just threw a random price of $120 to get money for the labor not for fixing the car.

Hello. I am a Kia customer since 2013. I own 3 Kia Souls bought at your dealership. I just took my 2018 Kia Soul for your service special of $69.95. The service was fast and I appreciate you washing my car. But I noticed when I got home this evening that the service invoice (993146) indicates that my tires were rotated but in reality they were not.
