If it wasn’t for Matt Wright and his excellent service I would not return. He is a excellent service manager and handles very well difficult situations. I appreciate him very very much, it would be nice for him to have people under him that could have proper training so his job wasn’t so difficult. Excellent, excellent service. Brought my Kia in for basic service all was fine with that, however check engine light came on within one day of having car serviced and was told it would be 3 eeeks before they could get to it. Was told they were way behind in diagnostics. Thank God the light went out but still concerned why it went on in the first place. 3 weeks is not acceptable to have a vehicle that is still well under warranty, checked out.
